Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
Free Shipping (EMS): Available for orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or unforeseen carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange most new, unopened, and unused items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of high-performance RC components, the following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

Opened or Used Electronic Components: Such as specific Bearings or assembled kits that cannot be resold as new.
Custom or Pre-Order Items: Including custom-painted Bodies or special-order Aluminum parts made to your specifications.
Clearance or Final Sale Items: Any product marked as “Final Sale” or purchased through a clearance event.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all parts, manuals, and tags. Ship it to the address provided in your RMA instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Inspection and Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing and Method

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of your refund’s approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days. The timing for the credit to appear on your statement may vary depending on your card issuer. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
