We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product specifications are subject to change without notice as we continuously improve our offerings.

Some items may be available for pre-order or made to specification. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an order confirmation but confirms we have received your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending a confirmation email and shipping the products.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though changes will not affect orders already accepted.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. The risk of loss passes to you once we deliver the items to the carrier.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used electronic components (e.g., specific bearings, assembled kits)
• Custom or pre-order items (e.g., custom-painted bodies, special-order aluminum parts)
• Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and product details
2. Wait for authorization and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item securely in its original packaging with all parts and manuals to the address provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. After inspection and approval, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
